Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698, we wish to inform you about the processing of your personal data in our capacity as data controller.

Personal data processed
Where you complete the quotation form on the site, the following data are processed:
- Identity data: full name
- Contact data: telephone number, email address, city
- Request data: surface type, number of courts, indoor court preference and free text description
- Visual and technical document data: the contents of any project file you attach
- Transaction security data: the IP address and request time held in server access logs
Purposes of processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- Assessment of the request you have submitted
- Preparation and delivery of a price quotation
- Contacting you about your request
- Performance of the work where a contract is concluded
- Provision of information security and fulfilment of legal obligations
Legal grounds
Your data are processed on the following legal grounds set out in article 5 of the Law:
- Processing is necessary because it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- Processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation
- Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
Your explicit consent is additionally obtained before the form can be sent. The form is not submitted while the consent box is unticked.
Method of collection
Your personal data are collected electronically through your completion of the quotation form on the site. Data you provide by contacting us directly by telephone or email are processed within the same scope.
Transfer
Your personal data pass through the servers of the provider from which we obtain hosting and electronic mail services, so that the message can reach us.
Beyond this, your data are not transferred to third parties within or outside Turkey. Where legally requested, data may be shared with authorised public institutions.
Retention and destruction
Your personal data are retained for the period necessary for the purpose of processing, taking into account the limitation periods prescribed by relevant legislation. At the end of that period the data are deleted or anonymised.
A file you attach to the form is not stored on the server; it is removed from the temporary area once the message has been composed.
Your rights and how to apply
Under article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are processed
- Request information where your personal data have been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties within or outside Turkey to whom the data are transferred
- Request correction where the data are processed incompletely or inaccurately
- Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data were transferred
- Object to a result reached to your detriment through analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation where you suffer loss because the data were processed unlawfully
