Scope

This policy applies only to pages published under the teniskortumaliyeti.com.tr domain. Where a link leads to a third party site, the privacy practices of that site apply.

The site offers no membership, sign-in or commenting function. Visitors are not asked to create an account.

Information collected

The site collects information in two situations. The first is submission of the quotation form, which is entirely at the visitor's discretion. The form contains the following fields:

• Full name
• Telephone number
• Email address
• City
• Requested surface type, number of courts and indoor court preference
• The description written in the free text field
• An optional project file attachment

The second is the technical access log kept by the hosting server. These records contain the IP address, request time, requested address and browser identifier. They are retained by the provider for server security and fault resolution.

Use of cookies

This site writes no cookies to the visitor's browser. It uses no cookies or comparable tracking technology for analytics, advertising or profiling.

The site contains no third party analytics tool, advertising network, social media component, embedded map or external font service. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server. This choice exists so that a visitor's browsing information is not passed to another company.

Purpose of use

Information sent through the form is used solely to assess the request, prepare a quotation and contact the person who made the request.

It is not added to a marketing list, not used for bulk messaging and not sold.

Transfer and third parties

Form content passes through the mail server of our hosting provider so that it can reach our corporate email address. Beyond this, information is not transferred to third parties.

Notifications made to authorised public institutions where legally required fall outside this rule.

Retention period

Messages sent through the form are retained for the period prescribed by applicable legislation after the request is concluded, and are deleted at the end of that period.

A project file attached to the form is not stored on the web server. The file is removed from the temporary area immediately after the message is composed, and the deletion step runs even when the operation fails.

Security measures

The site is served over an encrypted connection on every page. The administration interface and configuration files are closed to external access.

The type of a file attached to the form is verified by reading the contents of the file, not by its extension alone. When an unaccepted type is uploaded, no message is composed.

Changes and contact

This policy is updated when necessary and the date of the update is published visibly at the top of the page.
